If you don't have one then you have no real idea of what risks that you are taking driving your vehicle. Nor do you know what risks you are taking if you don't have a Will.

"I know my car and it is safe" even though it does not have an MOT is risky and could leave you very exposed to a serious accident or worth. So too does saying "I am fit and healthy" or "everything will go to my spouse or my kids" but can you be sure?

Having an MOT and then not having it checked annually is further exposing you to risk. Who knows what has changed in the year or years following when you had your Will first drawn. What changes have taken place in your life that means your original Will now needs amending?

Get your vehicle MOT'd and do it annually. Get your Will done and review that annually too.
